How ApeX Payment collects, uses and protects personal data across our platform and services.
This summary describes our practices at a high level. Detailed disclosures required by your jurisdiction — including regulator-specific notices — are provided during onboarding and in your service agreement, which prevail in case of conflict.
1. Who we are
ApeX Payment provides merchant collection, payout and stablecoin settlement services through locally licensed entities in Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand and Chile. The data controller for your account is the contracting ApeX entity identified in your service agreement.
2. Data we collect
Depending on your relationship with us, we process: identity and business information you provide during onboarding (including beneficial-ownership and director details); transaction and settlement data; device and log data when you use the dashboard or API; and communications with our teams.
3. Why we process it
To provide the Services (executing your payment and payout instructions, settlement, reconciliation); to meet our legal obligations as a regulated payments business — including know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and record-keeping requirements; to prevent fraud and secure the platform; and to improve our products.
4. Sharing
We share personal data with: banking and payment partners needed to execute your instructions; identity-verification and screening providers; regulators, auditors and law enforcement where required by law; and service providers that host our infrastructure or support our operations, bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Because we operate across borders, data may be transferred between ApeX entities and partners in other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as equivalent legal frameworks or contractual clauses.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and the record-keeping periods our regulators require — typically at least five years after the end of the relationship, unless a longer period applies.
7. Your rights
Subject to local law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; and lodge a complaint with your local regulator. To exercise a right, contact sales@apexpayment.top. Where you are an end customer of a merchant using our Services, please first contact the merchant you transacted with — we process your data on their behalf.
8. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language preference and understand aggregate usage of this website. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
9. Security
We protect cardholder data under PCI DSS Level 1 controls, encrypt data in transit and at rest, enforce least-privilege access with SSO and 2FA, and test our systems through independent penetration tests.
10. Changes and contact
We update this policy as our services and legal requirements evolve; the latest version is always on this page. Questions: sales@apexpayment.top.
